The state of California announced Wednesday that DMV has issued 1.1 million drivers licenses to undocumented immigrants living here. The licenses will only be legal here. They cannot cross state lines or buy an airplane ticket. Those who applied and received those licenses now have another concern. Just like those who are under DACA protection the government now knows where to find them. With all of the hacking of personal information going on how long would it take for someone or organization to steal that data.? The Facebook debacle is a good example of what could potentially happen. Also since the drivers cannot legally cross state lines it makes them a valuable labor pool for California.
Maybe these are part of the millions of undocumented who supposedly voted more than once during the 2016 presidential campaign according to the president. Assembly Bill 60 which was authored by then-Assemblyman Luis Alejo in 2013 is another tool to be used by the state to thumb its nose at the president, and his agenda to deport all non-citizens.
