The Other People

The events that are occurring at a rapid pace in different parts of our world leaves one to think that most of the problems that western societies are caused by people who for reasons of personal survival, and the desire to make a better life for their families in places that are far from what they  normally would call home. The massive influx of people from the middle east into Europe continues despite the countries that lead to the more affluent countries like Germany, France for example.

The United States has it’s own problems related to it’s border with Mexico. This has been a long standing issue when election time comes around. The Donald says he will build a wall to keep out illegals, and he says he will make Mexico pay for it. If the so called undocumented foreigners were not here the basic economy would collapse due to the fact that low paying jobs in this country would not be filled by ordinary American citizens.

This is a fact in most developed western societies that cheap labor from less developed countries boost their wealth by exploiting  other people who are willing to risk everything for a chance a  better life in a place where opportunity awaits. That is the reality of life all through human history. At some point we were all considered  ” the other people.”
