Birds Of A Feather

My thoughts lately have been about the people that we allow to be a part of our lives, and the people we want to be a part of their lives. There are billions of people on the planet earth. For most of us the relationships are with family, friends, and those who we call co-workers. I cannot say why but I believe that everyone we meet in our daily lives where we let them see the personal side of who we  are as an individuals, and we in turn learn the personal side of others in our life.

One can learn something from everyone that we take the time to know during our journey through life. When we take the time to remember another person’s name, and they do the same regarding us there is a bond where you can talk, and be yourself and if so inclined form a bond of what we call friendship. The relationship we have with others define who we are as witnesses  of life as we know it.

Those who really know us are people we are supposed to meet in life. They know our true personalities. They know where the skeletons are buried. I am guessing the sphere of influence of others who we let into our personal lives is very narrow.

” Birds of a feather flock together.”
