The Usual Suspects

The California drought that is going into it’s fourth year. A female prison employee helps two convicted murderers escape. A young white male kills nine black church members inside of their church. The fabric of our fragile democracy is being torn apart by those who want to hate, and blame others for the mess that we all find ourselves in. The natural disasters that occur in life we have to accept as reality. When the minds of individuals move to the dark side. We are dumbfounded as to why their actions were okay for them to implement in the first place.

When certain types of crimes are committed the police always have what they call “the usual suspects” who they can go out, and be the first to blame for those particular crimes. Those who we want to blame for causing problems in our modern society more, and more are any member of society that has a grudge either real or imagined. They will wait for the right time to make a statement against the powers that be.

Mankind has always used scapegoats to blame for our failures as human beings who actually know right from wrong. When we all sit back, and do nothing to make the world a better place. When we only look our for number one…we all become the usual suspects.
