I have noticed in reading stories about the homeless that most of the people that are reported on are in their fifty’s. Once again the baby are hit with a life changing situation. For many in that age group this is number three for recessions since the 80’s. I don’t think many of this group caught between youth and old age will ever know life as it was in the past.
The clock is ticking, and the economy is sputtering. The new reality for the newly old will be poverty, government assistance, and the believe of some that most people who end up on the street want to be there.
If you are lucky enough the have made it to middle age, and still be self sufficent. Consider yourselves truely blessed. Serius
